The Nishine Lure Works DS Hook is a uniquely innovative drop shot hook that stands apart from all others on the market. Featuring a modified 90-degree bend that is purpose-built to allow Nishine DS Hook to be tied up using a snell knot with an elongated tag end. This unique rigging allows Nishine DS Hook to maintain a perfect horizontal rigging position, tempting even the most cautious and lethargic fish into biting. In addition to the innovative line rigging, the Nishine DS Hook features an elongated shank and a wider gap, allowing for several bait rigging options and an optimized hook-up ratio. Nishine DS Hook can be used for an open nose hook, weedless nose hook, or shank-through rigging. Nishine DS Hooks are made in Japan by Ichikawa Fishing.

#2 – Original Model. Pairs with Nishine Dropshot Minnow 3.4″ and most 3-5″ dropshot baits for bass. Constructed from standard gauge wire and features a downturned hook point for a stronger hold.

#5 – Finesse Model Pairs with Nishine Dropshot Minnow 2.5″. Constructed from fine gauge wire and features an upturned hook point for quicker hook sets on short strikes.

#7 – Ultra-Finesse model. Designed for bass, trout, and crappie using 1-2.5″ baits. Constructed from fine gauge wire and features an upturned hook point for quicker hook sets on short strikes.
