Bait Finesse Empire provides a 48-hour window to report any products which were received defective; after which, all products are subject to the following warranty policy:

  • Lures, lines, terminal tackle, storage, and other accessories carry no warranties unless otherwise indicated prior to purchase.
  • Dobyns Rods Sierra Ultra Finesse Series rods carry a limited lifetime warranty directly through Dobyns Rods: Click Here for Details
  • Ray Fishing Tarantula Series rods carry a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For damages determined to be from an accident, normal wear and tear, or neglect, Ray Fishing offers a No Hassle repair and replacement policy for a reduced fee plus shipping costs: Click Here for Details.
  • Tsurinoya Rods and Reels carry a limited one year warranty against manufacturer defects. Please reach out to Bait Finesse Empire directly for any warranty claims and we will work with Tsurinoya to attempt to come to a resolution on the behalf of our customers. Any shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Kuying Rods carry a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. Please reach out to us directly for any warranty claims, and we will work with Kuying to attempt to come to a resolution on the behalf of our customers. Any shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • iFishband Rods and Reels carry a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. Please reach out to us directly for any warranty claims, and we will work with iFishband to attempt to come to a resolution on the behalf of our customers. Any shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • KastKing Reels are warrantied for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. Please contact us directly for any warranty claims or issues regarding KastKing BFS reels.
  • KastKing Zephyr Rods are warrantied for 1 year from the original purchase date against defects in workmanship and/or materials. This warranty is provided by Bait Finesse Empire directly. Please contact us directly for any warranty claims or issues regarding KastKing Zephyr Rods.
    • *If the damage or defect is determined to have been caused due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Bait Finesse Empire will, at the company’s discretion, either repair or replace the rod at no charge. A shipping and handling fee of $20 will be charged to complete the transaction.
    • *If the damage is determined to have been caused by accident, neglect, or normal wear and tear, Bait Finesse Empire, with your approval and request, will replace the damaged rod for a fee of 1/2 of the original purchase price plus the $20 shipping and handling fee.
  • Jenko Fishing Rods are backed by a one-year limited warranty against manufacture defects.  If any manufacturer defects are present on a Jenko rod within one year of purchase, Jenko will replace the rod free of charge. Click Here for Details

  • Cashion Icon Series BFS Rods carry a limited lifetime warranty with a replacement fee of $85. Click Here for Details

  • Jackson Rods are warrantied for 1 year from the original purchase date against defects in workmanship and/or materials. This warranty is provided by Bait Finesse Empire. Beyond the 1-year time frame or when damages are determined to be from an accident, normal wear and tear, or neglect, Bait Finesse Empire can assist with obtaining replacement parts at a discounted price.   • All other reels and rods carry no official warranties.
