Tsurinoya Master Rod Series

The Master is Tsurinoya’s flagship trout rod series. Featuring premium design and materials, the Master offers anglers an ultra-refined piece of equipment for tackling mountain streams, creeks, and headwaters.

The one-piece blank of the Master series is built using an X-cross pattern by utilizing a 4-axis carbon cloth wrap, allowing for the transmission of the slightest bites while providing the lower-end power needed to control large trout in fast currents and near structure. The blank’s action when working lures is crisp and responsive, allowing for immediate and accurate response to delicate twitches and sweeps. Contact with structure and bites are transmitted instantaneously through the blank and handle into the angler’s hands, with even the most delicate touches being felt while offering tremendous hooking power with even the lightest of hooksets. Once the Master is hooked into a trophy catch, the blank offers a deep moderate flex ensuring even the jumpiest of fish stay pinned when using small treble hooks and controlling your target through currents and around structure.

The detachable handle of the Master is built using a premium carbon monocoque design, further reducing weight, amplifying sensitivity, and offering a premium streamlined appearance. The blank is perfectly complemented by using a FUJI SKTS reel seat, offering a split seat design that reduces total weight and allows for increased blank contact for heightened sensitivity. The Mater is further refined through the use of premium quality Japanese FUJI guide brackets and Fuji Alconite guide rings, offering the absolute best in durability, weight savings, and sensitivity at its price point.
