The Jackall Pikupiku 65 is a downsized version released only to the Japanese market. Pikupiku is a genuinely unique lure with its curved lipless body and topwater rolling action. I took this bait out to my local pond and fished from the bank so it may not have been the best use, but it was a fun trip when I used it. I found a few bluegill beds and started throwing this around them and the fish would boil at the bait. When a fish got hooked up it ended up being a unique way to catch bluegill. I know this is primarily a bass bait but I think the premise is the same. I was fishing it on a Tsurinoya partner series travel rod with a Kastking zephyr reel. Once I had the reel settings adjusted the lure casted fine.
