The Imakatsu Dilemma Popper is a downsized finesse topwater plug designed to draw out aggressive bites from big bass. Its unique body shape gives Dilemma Popper an incredibly smooth walking action that resembles a small baitfish fleeing across the water’s surface. The small cupped mouth employs a spitting action that calls fish in from a distance, while the tinseled rear treble provides an alluring strike marker for fish to hone in on. Equipped with a tungsten internal weight system, with a weight placed at the rear of the body, Dilemma Popper achieves a level flight path, giving it incredible casting distance for its class size. Very easy to use and control on the water, a steady light-twitching cadence will have Dilemma Popper gliding across the water’s surface in a mesmerizing display that fish can not resist.

This lure is called a popper and it does slightly pop. However this bait will walk the dog better and easier than any other topwater I have used. And I have used them all JDM and otherwise. Out of all my BFS tackle this is often what I tie on first and is my top producing BFS lure. I have taken 5+ pound largemouth, 25 inch Trout, Smallmouth, Crappie and Bluegill. This lure is responsive fun and it will trigger amazing aggressive topwater takes. I am glad that BFE carries this harder to find JDM lure. I never hit the water with less than 2 of these in my bag at any time.
