Mukai Little Pogo

Mukai Little Pogo is a downsized bottom-popping minnow with an exciting darting action that triggers the natural feeding instincts of trout and other light game species. The result of exhaustive research and testing by Mukai pro staffer and Area Trout tournament angler Max Tanaka, Little Pogo, offers proven results when fishing in high-pressure fisheries and adverse conditions.

Worked on the bottom with light rod pops, Little Pogo darts side-to-side in a predictable cadence that fish can quickly hone in on, allowing them to lock in and strike. The middle water column can also targeted by using a cadence of steady twitches and pauses to cause Little Pogo to erratically dart forward like a fleeing minnow, triggering reaction bites. With its forward-weighted design, Little Pogo is fast sinking and has a nose down/tail up posture, making it great for retrieving like a small crankbait along rocky and muddy bottoms, imitating a baitfish digging for a snack.

Equipped with single barbless Mukai hooks for easy catch and release. The back hook is connected via a double split ring, allowing the hook to have a greater range of motion, giving Little Pogo a better hookup ratio and fewer thrown hooks.
