- SVF Carbon Fiber Blank – Daiwa’s Exclusive SVF (Super High Volume Fiber) carbon fiber blanks feature precise resin control and unidirectional carbon fiber to produce maximum carbon density. SVF blanks are extremely sensitive, lightweight, and powerful.
- X45 X Torque Construction – This manufacturing process involves layering spiral carbon fibers (90°), unidirectional fibers (0°) over three layers, and two layers of carbon as helicoidal opposites (45°). These two crossed layers give the name Bias Cross Wrap. The wrapping of X45 guarantees proper elasticity: a return to the blank’s original shape irrespective of the load’s angle.
