I bought this rod after my Kuying Teton broke. The quality is way higher than the Kuying. This rod is listed as a moderate-fast action light power, but it is quite stiff for a moderate-fast action. However, it still casts lures in the 2-10 gram range very well! I kind of miss the tiny Kuying Teton rod, but I never cast lures lighter than 3.5 grams so this rod is more appropriate for the vast majority of my fishing. I like that the guides are slightly larger in diameter than other rods I have because I like to fish a braid to fluorocarbon leader, there will be no issue with leader knots using this rod. For a 7’3″ rod it feels incredibly light, especially the “swing weight”. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. As always Bait Finesse Empire was AWESOME and shipped right away. I will be a customer for life.

This is a 6 month reveiw.
I got this rod around August of 2023 as my previous rod had broken. Around the time most bfs rods where sold out and had little options, lucky I stumbled across this amazing rod.
Lures 2 grams no problem
Left it on the floor and stepped on it, No problem bend it back keep fishing (Oops).
10/10 would recommend this two peice rod. Boat, Bank ,or Kayak you name it.
I have it paired up with a Shimano curado bfs with roro spool and bearings and it cast smooth with no problem. Oh yeah line I use is Varivas Absolute MG Fluorocarbon line (6lb test).
I like to bank fish a lot so being a two peice means strap to backpack = hands free. I could go on and on.
I believe Baitfinesseempire has great options and selections to choose from.
That being said I am one hell of a happy customer and look forward to what new goodies they add.
