Centered around the new SS MAGFORCE braking system, designed and tuned in collaboration with the legendary K.T.F., that offers comfortable low trajectory casting and a high level of responsiveness. By creating a more compact braking system, the spool weight has been maintained while also upsizing the diameter from 28mm (previous models) to 30mm, resulting in increased casting distance and line pickup while maximizing the casting performance of ultra light lures. The spool is constructed from G1 Duralumin alloy for increased toughness and features the Zero Shaft design which reduces spool weight and increases responsivness. Outfitted with Daiwa’s complete HYPERDRIVE DESIGN, the main gear pinion gear, housing, and clutch have all been upgraded to provide premium performance right out of the box and while painting that smoothness and durability of the reel for years to come. Other features include the renowned TWS (T-Wing System) line guide, UTD (ultimate tournament drag), and an incorporated drag clicker.
