Duo Realis Shinmushi Cicada

The Duo Realis Shinmushi Cicada is perfect for calling in bug-hungry bass and other light game species feeding from the water’s surface. Designed with a hard body paired with soft wings and skirting, it perfectly imitates the sound of a cicada falling onto the water’s surface when landing. The hard plastic body features a multi-piece construction so that it can be disassembled and modified to best suit the fishing conditions.

Featuring semi-soft plastic wings, the Shinmushi Cicada can be crawled across the water surface with a straight retrieve. The fixed-wing design adds resistance, allowing the Shinmushi to stop quickly and work for longer periods in one area. Shinmushi Cicada is also highly effective when deadsticked under trees and other overhangs, with an occasional shake of the rod tip to trigger reactive feeding bites. A feathered rear treble hook offers tremendous sticking power, and the rubber skirting appendages provide just the right amount of action during the pause to evoke a lifelike appeal.
