The Duo Realis KoShinmushi is perfect for targeting bass, panfish, trout, and more when the fish are feeding on small topwater insects. Designed with a reduced body thickness from Duo’s other cicada offerings, it perfectly imitates the sound of a cicada falling onto the water’s surface when landing. The hard plastic body features a multi-piece construction, so it can be disassembled and modified to best suit the fishing conditions.
Featuring semi-soft plastic wings, the KoShinmushi Cicada can be crawled across the water surface with a straight retrieve. The fixed-wing design adds resistance, allowing the KoShinmushi to stop quickly and work for longer periods in one area. To draw bites from over a wider area, an internal rattle is installed that adds just the right amount of sound to appeal to wary fish without scaring them away. A feathered rear treble hook provides just the right amount of action on the pause to provide a lifelike appeal.

Works really well… I got best results you reel action rather than rod tip to get the proper cadence for it to swim as intended. I wanted to see if this would catch trout on top, and worked better than expected.
