Featuring a responsive blank constructed from Daiwa’s proprietary HVF carbon, which emphasizes elasticity for increased durability and strength throughout the rod. Further enhanced by an X45 wrapping technique, which decreases blank twist when the rod is under pressure, resulting in increased blank strength and control over the catch. Premiuem spec line guides are utilized to dissipate heat, a must-have feature when using thin PE lines. To ensure every bite and tap is felt, Daiwa has outfitted the JDM Saltist casting rod series with their top of the line Air Sensor reel seat, resulting in increased sensitivity.
