A nice light rod broke, paired well with my cormorant. . I was casting a1/32 jig and small swim bait in the front yard tuning the reel . Getting an easy 30 feet with some backlash. The rod and reel once set up should do much better. I am a newbie to bfs casting and just picking up the skill. Unfortunately the rod tip broke at the first guide within the first 1/2 hour of pratice.
