Warranty Information
Bait Finesse Empire provides a 48-hour window to report any products that were received defective, after which all products are subject to the following warranty policy:
- Lures, lines, terminal tackle, storage, and other accessories carry no warranties unless otherwise indicated prior to purchase.
- Ark Gravity BFS Reels- one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Click Here for Details.
- Cashion Rods-
- Icon Series BFS Rods carry a limited lifetime warranty with a replacement fee of $85.
- Cashion Element Series BFS Rods carry a one-year warranty with a replacement fee of $45.

- Daiwa (USA Models Only)- limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Click Here for Details.
- Dobyns Rods Sierra Ultra Finesse Series- limited lifetime warranty directly through Dobyns Rods: Click Here for Details.
- Jackson Rods- One year limited waranty against manufacturer defects. Contact Bait Finesse Empire for warranty details.
- Jenko Fishing Rods- one-year limited warranty against manufacture defects. If any manufacturer defects are present on a Jenko rod within one year of purchase, Jenko will replace the rod free of charge. Click Here for Details.
- Kuying Rods- one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Please contact us directly for any warranty claims, and we will work with Kuying to attempt to resolve them on behalf of our customers. Any shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Major Craft Rods are backed by a one-year limited warranty through Major Craft America. Click Here for Details.
- Ray Fishing Tarantula Series- 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For damages determined to be from an accident, normal wear and tear, or neglect, Ray Fishing offers a No Hassle repair and replacement policy for a reduced fee plus shipping costs. - St Croix Rods Mojo Bass Trigon- five-year limited warranty directly through St Croix Rods. Click here for details.
- Tsurinoya Rods and Reels- one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Please contact Bait Finesse Empire directly for any warranty claims. We will work with Tsurinoya to attempt to resolve any issues on behalf of our customers. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges.
- YAKRODS Y-BFS Rod – Limited lifetime warranty against damage that occurs during normal fishing conditions as a result of craftsmanship or material defects. Click here for details.
- All other reels and rods carry no official warranties.
