Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date as indicated on the tracking information provided. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@baitfinesseempire.com to notify us of your intent to return. Please place the item securely in its original packaging, along with a note of the customer name and order number, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and that you insure your package for its value. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit and can not issue a refund without the item in our physical possession and in new condition. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to seven (7) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

If your order initially qualified for free shipping and you opt to return some or all items and the order amount no longer meets the free shipping minimum threshold, our standard shipping fee (or actual shipping cost, whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refunded amount.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email address below to arrange a refund or, if applicable, a warranty exchange within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
