US Shipping Policies
We offer FREE US shipping on orders over $100*
- Under normal circumstances, all orders will be shipped out within two business days.
- $100 minimum for free shipping within the contiguous United States only and is calculated before any tax or additional fees.
- We charge an $8.00 flat rate shipping fee for orders in the contiguous United States that are less than $100.
- You will be emailed your order and tracking information upon shipment.
- Most tackle and reel orders are sent via USPS. In some instances, we may use UPS Ground Shipping.
- Two Piece rods are shipped via UPS Ground shipping. Multi-piece travel rods may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
- PO Box Shipping: Small orders sent by USPS mail can be received at PO boxes. UPS Ground orders can not. Additional shipping fees may apply if you order a rod to a PO Box address. We will contact you before shipping in these situations.
- The following brands dropship one-piece rods for us from their USA warehouse locations: Dobyns Rods, Cashion Fishing, Jenko Fishing, Major Craft, Ray Fishing, St. Croix.
Exclusions and Exceptions: Orders that require multiple packages may incur an additional shipping fee. Bulk items such as a large amount of reels or tackle storage boxes may incur an additional shipping charge.

Canada Shipping Policies
- We charge a $22.00 USD flat rate shipping fee for most orders.
- One piece rods may incur additional shipping charges – contact us via email for a shipping quote.
- All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days.
- You will be emailed your order and tracking information upon shipment.
- We ship most orders to Canada using FedEx International Connect Plus service. The shipping cost with this service includes all FedEx processing and brokerage fees for collecting the import duties; it does not include the duties/taxes that may be due.
- In some instances, this shipping service may not be available. In that case, any customs/taxes/duties/booking fees, etc., are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid directly to the courier or proper customs authorities.

Shipping FAQ
Dobyns Rods, Cashion Rods, Jenko Fishing, St. Croix, and Ray Fishing rods are drop shipped directly from the respective brands USA headquarters.
All other orders are shipped from our office in Phoenix, AZ within 2 business days. Shipping time frames for USPS priority and first class mail are quoted as 3 to 5 days. Under normal circumstances you should expect your package within 3-5 business days of ordering.

Once your order ships, we may not be able to update the address or intercept the package.
We currently only ship within the United StatesP (including Puerto Rico), and Canada.
Most orders will arrive in one package.
In some instances some items may be shipped separately from other items placed on the same order. We attempt to send multi package orders using the same courier/service level so that your packages arrive on the same day, but in some instances this may not be possible.
We offer a 30 day return policy on all unopened products.
